*****Update 1-5-2018***** Got a replacement a few months ago, the device worked for about 2.5 months, after that it worked the same like and original. I wrote to the support many times, they didn't answer. The device is completely deactivated. I have a dual port version of the LB2120, setup was easy, I connected an ATT sim, connected everything, cable modem, wireless router and 2120 connected. Worked as expected, unplugged cable modem - not working. ATT - hooked on the feedback, back to the cable. Excellent - worked three days with no problems - got up one morning with no internet. Restarted everything again, worked normally for 4 hours, then nothing gained traffic. Just restarted 2120, worked fine again for the rest of the day. When I got up the next morning the traffic stopped by 2120. I left 2120 out of the script for a few days to test my other hardware. The internet never went down. We reinstated 2120 - a few hours later the traffic stopped again. This time I took 2120 for a week, never had a problem with the same traffic. Installed again, worked for a day with no problems, this time left alone to see if it fixes, it didn't work. I restarted all devices, two days later the traffic stopped again. It's not consistent/reliable enough to stay in place. This was purchased to provide failover if the cable is disconnected. I am using this with ASUS RT-AC88U Wireless-AC3100 Dual Band Gigabit Router and NETGEAR CM1000 DOCSIS 3.1 Ultra High Speed Cable Modem, as you can see my hardware is not junk. 2120 just isn't ready for prime time. The release was delayed for some reason, now I understand why. I wouldn't buy the 2120 at the moment as others have written that it has too many problems. ****Updated 7/10/2017**** 2120 was disconnected 240 times between 00:50 and 07:45 because no traffic was allowed. I had to take it offline. ***** Update 17 July 2017 ***** Emailed support - no response. The device is completely deactivated. ***** Update 1.5.2018 ******* Got a replacement a few months ago, the device worked for about 2 Β½ months and then did exactly the same as the original. I wrote to the support many times, they didn't answer. The lock is completely disabled.
