Excellent Stand-In for a Vacuum Sealer

I didn't test how easy it was to clean, since I didn't even attempt to clean the first bag I used.Even without reading any instructions, just pulling things out of the box and trying them, these are simple to use, and effective. They made my very first attempt at cooking Sous Vide easy, and helped the results come out delicious.
