I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for something to solve revenue problems. I like that it has a lot of features. Not much to dislike about this program at all! It's easy to use, price your rooms, calculate profit margins, and set up reports. It allows me to do my full daily tasks in one place. It can get confusing with the different ways you can enter data (ex. "Room" or "Room Type"). You have to get used to using the different fields if you want to fully utilize everything this program offers. Price your guests' stays. Improve profit margins. Reduce turnover.
