The product was easy to set up, their support team are very helpful when you ask questions via chat or call them out of working hours (UK time that's not GMT)They have also been more than willing to help with customisations where needed as we moved into production. They've helped us develop our own reports etc. We don't use all they offer however I'd consider asking if there were any features in other modules which would benefit your business?
