Installed on 2003 Cummins with dead pedal. I followed the instructions and even watched a few videos on YouTube. Didn't work, there was still a dead pedal after installation. I had to order the part from my local auto parts store with a $150 one year warranty. It was already attached to the crankshaft. That's why it cost so much. I installed the part, calibrated the ECU, started the car with no problems. So far there have been no problems. I suggest using the TPS sensor already attached to the crank, this will save you a headache and time in the long run.
