Look at the bubble in the reflection where the jamb is, top right, it's a permanent bubble that doesn't go away, it's quite big. I'll see what customer service does. Update: Customer Service sent a replacement and it seems to be doing fine. I put it on when it was 46 degrees outside and still had a pretty big blister on top, was going to send it back in but went to work the next day and it was warmed to the 70's and when I got in my truck after work , the bubble is gone. I will say that if you press the screen fairly hard, the screen protector will move, but it will bounce normally. It's not fingerprint resistant, I don't see any difference between the original screen and this protector. Name them as I see them.
