They work very fast, professional with no issues of time lag or delay in communication which is always an issue when dealing internationally! Also their customer support team works efficiently within 2 hours from my call/sms request!! So far I have not seen anything as well this has been one happy experience sofar. ! The only thing could be improved would b some more training sessions where they can explain me about billing procedures better. Highly recommended if you looking out low cost offshore service providers who will deliver your task quickly without any hiccups. !! I like their customer service, they're always willing to help you when needed. They offer great support with all of our accounts. Sometimes it can be hard to find information or track down someone who knows what is going on in your account. But, I think this could just be because we use them less than other providers. If you need accounting services but aren't sure if an internal employee will do it right, then go with BaltiAssist! Their rates are very competitive as well.
