It's a very simple design and very easy to install. Simply attach to the back of your MacBook Pro and you're done. Make sure the legs are properly aligned though, otherwise it won't be as strong. In general, the thing is golden. It helped my posture and even typing on the awful 2018 MacBook keyboard. It's thin and flat so it's easy to move around and doesn't add any weight. Generally fantastic.
