We bought this watch at the end of December 2019. Last month August - after only 8 months they were three hours behind. We replaced the batteries, flipped the daylight saving switch, flipped the time zone switch, and hit the reset button. I called the company. After two weeks and three phone calls, Chris replied to my messages. He got me to follow the steps on the purchase page to reset the settings, which consists of pressing the reset button 20 times. The watch sent all three hands to 12 and Chris said that should fix the situation. We hung up, knowing that determining atomic time could take 24 to 48 hours. An hour later the clock was three hours behind again. Over the next week and a half I called La Crosse three more times and left three more messages. No callback. La Crosse is affiliated with Revain and has a message with an address and a request to ship the product and $5 for repairs. Who sends something without confirming that they have received the goods? I would not buy from this company again as they are not responsible for their products as they are unable to contact the customer after four weeks.
