We've just received our anti-bark box. It may be premature for me to write this as I haven't tried it until I get a battery for it. It's a lot less than I expected, but that's ok. What the reviews don't tell you is that you should aim the speaker hole where a dog is expected to bark. That wasn't in the description! In our case we live in a ground floor apartment and our bedroom window is below the driveway and right where her dog will stick his head over the railing and bark in the middle of the night. If I can mount it upwards, rain will seep into the speaker and render it unusable as the instructions say. Even if this were not the case, the dog would surely just step back from the device's line of sight and just keep barking. I don't want to spend a lot of time and money trying to somehow position this device if it can't work anyway. If you're thinking of buying this device, just know that according to the instructions, the speaker must be pointed at a barking dog, otherwise it won't work.
