Every time I thought about buying this product, I emailed Viabecs and was immediately greeted with kindness and support. I was able to answer all my questions about the product and when it finally arrived it worked great and looked great in my car (Honda CRV 2012). Currently after about 2 months it works great and works well with Apple CarPlay which was one of the main reasons I bought this product. The sound quality and the amplifier in my car have also improved a lot. Maintaining constant and excellent communication with the company has convinced me that if I encounter an issue, I can fix it and not worry about being ripped off/ignored. Thank you Vibex!
