I love how it looks!

The product is very good and compatible with all the functions of my CRV2015 Touring. I received all the help I needed for the installation. I'm very happy with how CarPlay works. Excellent goods.

There is no pink wire for rear view camera in kit

even a pink wire in the wiring harness. so I couldn't install it on my crv2007. I am very disappointed in this product and it costs almost $600.

AWESOME customer service

I had some problems with the radio at first. I contacted the seller and he always responded promptly on how to solve the problem. They even sent me the part I needed... TWICE free for me. The first was wrong. I highly recommend this company. I even bought my son!

No installation instructions - NO SOUND AFTER INSTALLATION

After a professional installation company installed this until it has NO AUDIO - WILL NOT CONTACT THE STEERING WHEEL CONTROL WITH ANY OPTIONS OF THE AUDIO PURCHASE PRICE. - I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT RECEIVED NO RESPONSE OR HELP.

Not plug and play! Best in Automotive Electronics

Wiring harness could not be connected to my 2015 Honda CRV. After all the appropriate connectors were connected, a few connectors remained in the standard wiring harness. The speakers didn't work and the optional right turn camera wasn't connected. The device fitted neatly into the dashboard and was easy to install. My problem was the included wiring harness. The device would probably work, but it would take many hours to cut and modify the OEM wiring harness, which I didn't want to do.

Excellent customer service!

Every time I thought about buying this product, I emailed Viabecs and was immediately greeted with kindness and support. I was able to answer all my questions about the product and when it finally arrived it worked great and looked great in my car (Honda CRV 2012). Currently after about 2 months it works great and works well with Apple CarPlay which was one of the main reasons I bought this product. Great Stereo - Car Electronics

This stereo was easy to install. The rear camera and sound systems work well, the rear camera is very clear. Watson's customer service was beyond praise. From the moment I asked the question, he provided answers along with a video to help with almost anything I asked. One downside: the tracking feature didn't work, but that didn't stop me because, once again, the customer service exceeded excellence. To top it off, I asked for a system update and Watson sent me the update on a flash drive. That
