Unfortunately, Ilusion's high expectations are never fulfilled. The online shop has a broad selection of apparel, footwear, and jewelry, but the quality of the items is lacking. It was hard for me to locate anything to wear because the clothes were poorly made and ran small or large. Also, there isn't a huge variety of options, and many of them are boring or unoriginal. Disappointingly, we also experienced long wait times when contacting customer support, as well as unhelpful responses to our questions. Packages rarely arrived by the estimated delivery date and shipping was generally unpredictable. If you're searching for reasonably priced, high-quality clothing, I wouldn't suggest shopping at Ilusion.
