Beautiful but not functional

I would give 5 stars because the color was perfect, the strap was the right length, but now that I I have it in my purse, the fabric is too soft, it rolls over my shoulder and doesn't stay flat when used as a crossbody bag. I wish the strap fabric was more durable. Can return the item
