The best thing about using this platform has been their ability to help us understand our consumers, where they are in life (and not), what motivates them & how we can engage with these people better! I'd say all of my experience working within a call centre environment but also running events/seminars etc - helps me see things from different perspectives which does make sense when dealing wth customers who have very specific needs or wants. It's hard sometimes just getting past some initial barriers though as there isn't always someone around at any one time willing to do so too. Our business uses various forms of technology such as social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc along side traditional methods and having access to both sides makes everything easier because you're able to cater accordingly without alienating your audience.
