My hamsters are delighted with their new flying saucers. True, it took them a day or two to get used to it. To be honest, the noise level is minimal, if at all. The only problem I have is that it's a little low when I put it in the cage. I have a light layer of bedding and the bottom of the saucer is still touching the bedding. The problem is that hamsters can move the wheel closer to the glass, resulting in the noise they make when they walk over the saucer. If I put the saucer under the bedding to keep it from moving, the saucer doesn't move as easily, causing the hamsters to dig it up again. Otherwise this is a solid product that came in one piece.
