It looks like soldering by someone with no idea

FIRE HAZARD DO NOT BUY! The first time I plugged it in and flipped the switch, sparks flew out of the switch and burned to the floor as they fell. Do not buy this product. DON'T BURN YOUR HOUSE TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS. It looks like it was hand soldered by someone with no clue. I'm not sure how to check the UL yet, but I'm pretty sure it won't pass.
