New condition impression - Good power supply, good price, works perfectly, could do without a case but, hm. I probably use my Surface Pro 2 6-8 hours a week and I'm always at home. I leave the cable plugged into the wall while the SP2 charges on the table. As I said - light, rare use. 8 months later - the adapter does not work. I tested it with several different power cords (after 15 years in IT I have quite a collection) and found that the issue was related to the magnetic connector that plugs into the Surface. The extra USB port still delivers power, so technically it still works like a bulky and expensive phone charger. I confirmed my suspicions when I plugged it in and the OEM charger immediately turned the unit on. So I open the Revain product page and see that it is covered by a 1 year warranty. The 'More Information' link tells me to contact the manufacturer and doesn't provide any instructions on how to do this. I am entitled to a replacement, but how do I get one? Maybe a bad review is the best way to get attention?
