This product looks like it would do the job of mounting a bottle cage behind the saddle but if you're like me, one of the many people who own a Brooks ride saddle. Spring. Keep searching. The supports that attach the Minoura Saddle bottle cage to the seat stays are simply too short. The mount, no matter how tight, releases easily in your hand with a slight twist - not unlike the twist you might expect when hitting a bump in the road. If the racks were at least an inch longer, then everything would be fine. The construction looks good and otherwise well thought out.
