This product is fantastic! I always thought it would cost a lot of money to get one of these so the price was amazing, very affordable. Also, I was apprehensive about using the shock mode, but my Chihuahua's incessant high-pitched bark barked right through the vibrate and beep modes, so I had to break down and use the shock. I set it to the lowest value of 1 and after four shocks my dog has already learned not to bark at all. He actually looks pathetic, I know, but please believe me when I tell you that his bark, which isn't like a chihuahua because he's sooo loud and very, very high-pitched, gets my whole family upset day and night drove insane. So I'm not too upset about shocking him lol, especially since he found out within half a day, the same day it was delivered. Buy this, you won't be disappointed!
