The hardest part was finding the lamp above the table. We had an ugly old "gold" chandelier from 1982, I'm not kidding. When we bought our house 5 months ago, I told my husband this had to be done ASAP! With all the new trends, I literally skimmed through every picture of a chandelier before finally settling on this one. It's so simple, beautiful and just plain classic. Our kitchen is in a more modern rustic style. This chandelier is good on its own, but not a highlight. It doesn't take away from anything else in the kitchen, if that makes sense. I love it. People say it doesn't hang straight, you just have to tug it a little to even it out and it will hang perfectly!
