My computer sees this as a USB 2.0 speed hub
This is advertised as a USB 3 speed hub. My computer sees it as a USB 2 speed hub which is 10x slower. As you can see, my computer registers 480 Mb/s instead of 5 Gb/s. I had to buy a separate cable for my external HD.
