Review on Nespresso Inissia Red Espresso Maker: Discontinued Model Offers Authentic Espresso Experience by Agata Strzalek ᠌

A good product, but having its own defects.

Overall happy with the product. She worked and sat in a six-person office for 1.5 years before spending the next two years living at home. Coffee is rapidly brewed, according to directions, and behaves as expected. The space is tiny and has an appropriate amount of water supply. Yet even with moderate usage, it is plenty for 2 people to have a cup of coffee throughout the day: dissatisfied with the service life. Although it is a perfectly adequate choice for a cost of slightly less than $5,000 (at the time of purchase in 2022). certain capsule analogs work nicely with this. especially with those that are not plastic but instead are constructed of aluminum. I didn't use refillable, all-metal ones. Of course, the original Nespresso capsules contain the tastiest coffee. Nevertheless, it is also the most costly:) Yet I was able to locate a comparable product that was both palatable and affordable. I endorse the device for use at home, especially for people who enjoy BLACK coffee without milk. Regarding the trouble-free service life, nothing lasts forever, but in theory, if you keep your expectations in check and quickly recognize that a machine's normal lifespan is three years, everything will work as it should. Throughout the duration of the service, my only cost me $3.81 each day:)

Pros
  • Small, makes coffee quickly, requires no maintenance (save for occasional descaling), and can be switched out for a large cup by elevating the stand. It is also useful because you can refill the capsule by pressing the button twice on an off machine; you don't need to wait for it to heat up; the refill will pour automatically in a minute. It is simple to set the cup's volume on the button (HOLD AND HOLD THE BUTTON until the desired volume is poured); the machine will remember this setting and keep pouring exactly the same amount as it did previously.
Cons
  • There is a tiny water tank. As the tank runs out of water, it is particularly sensitive to the situation because an air lock is generated, which is sometimes accidentally spilled with water from the subsequent tank. Short service life. Mine lasted 1311 days of labour (about 3.5 years and began to leak, then it began to flow constantly, flashing buttons alternately). expected to operate without issues for at least five years.
