A Disappointing Trip to the Store: PUSOKEI

When I first discovered PUSOKEI, I was thrilled by the variety of electrical and computer accessories they offered. Unfortunately, I felt let down and irritated after using their website. To begin with, the website's poor organization and perplexing search features made it a pain to use. Finding what I was looking for was difficult, and the absence of specifics prevented me from making educated purchases. In addition, I had a lot of trouble during checkout due to technological difficulties and mistakes that forced me to start over several times. It was disappointing that my order took longer to appear than I had anticipated. However, the service representatives were the greatest letdown. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I contacted the support staff, but they were always unhelpful and uncaring. It was obvious that they had no intention of fixing my problems or giving me a good purchasing experience. Overall, my time with PUSOKEI was very frustrating. It's possible they have a good selection of goods, but my experience with their website, checkout procedure, and customer service was less than stellar. I simply cannot endorse them to my readers.
