It's plastic, it will break.
So you are very sensitive to the heat in your cooling system. Mine cracked and then caused an overheating issue. Good solution for getting home, but I would recommend replacing the reservoir and cap with a more durable design like mine.
- 15 PSI coolant cap for threaded filler neck.
