I would recommend you to buy another brand not because of the product but because of the company. I bought mine in January 2020 but didn't install it until July 2020 due to other projects. But in any case I installed it myself and installed such filter housings many, many times. Well I turned the water on and it keeps dripping from the overflow valve on the body so I put a bucket under it as it can't stay that way and I emailed the manufacturer GE straight away and got a response the next day received say they have received all my information and a representative will be in touch. So, 2 weeks have passed and I have sent another email but no reply, more than a month has passed and I still have not received any correspondence from the manufacturer GE. The product warranty is only printed on paper when it really matters to the company.
