I've spent too much time on Amazon and eBay trying to decide which pannier fits best as my new apartment doesn't have space to put my bike in it. Halfway down I decided too cheap on ebay and too expensive on amazon and found this guy. I think someone mentioned in the description that there is a hole for a bike lock that mine didn't have, or maybe I'm just stupid and couldn't find it, but I was able to lock mine on my porch and set it up under the bike lock cover, so everything is fine there. It completely covers my entire bike and I even have these stupid giant panniers on the back of my bike because I hate carrying anything on my back. I haven't let this thing see a major storm yet, so I'll update this when it falls apart.
