Purchased in August. I live in California about 10-15 miles from the beach so the weather is always unpredictable. Even in this weather, this cover keeps my bike from rusting! I'm really amazed because I tried three bikes because they were rusty. But this cover did the trick, I don't even keep my bike indoors, it just sits outside in the hot sun, but the cover kept it from rusting.

Took about 8 months. I don't have space for my car and bike so my bike stays in the basement in the winter but it runs now. my back deck. I wanted to protect my bike from the weather so I bought this cover. Fits quite tight, but protects against sun and rain. I only gave 4 stars because the seat is always wet when I remove the cover. I think I'll have to start putting a plastic bag on the seat before storing it, but it protects the bike from most weather conditions.

So far so good - where I live I've had at most one regular thunderstorm so can't confirm how good it will be in nasty winds and floods and the like held. But also leaving my bike outside during a storm (since bikes are not allowed in my hostel) is very very helpful and protects my bike well! fits in and is not too big at all. I have just received this pannier in size L. I immediately fitted it to my road bike and it fits just as I expected. I only bought it to keep the bike dust free when I leave it outside, but I also put the bike under a roof with the sides open. Can't comment on durability or water resistance at this point, but it hasn't ripped when I put it on my bike and it feels and looks like a good quality material, not flimsy at all.
