We bought two of these bikes to protect our bikes from bird droppings, tree droppings and the occasional rainy day. We live in an apartment where we have no space to store our bikes. They've weathered multiple storms now and my bikes have never been happier! They are waterproof and cover almost the entire bike. I would say there is about 2-3 inches of the bottom of our tires exposed, but to be honest we just put them on the bikes and didn't fasten the buckles on the covers. But the thing is, they are waterproof and our bikes are well protected! A distinctive feature of these cases are elastic bands on the edges. It really hugs the bike and makes it feel well protected!
