Non stick but only for a few months
It was fantastic at first and the pans are still amazing but the two pans we have in the self with oil in the Oil pan has already started to stick and we've had it for less than a year. We hand wash them with soft sponges and approved non-stick cleaners, but after a few months they were still starting to get a little sticky. At first we were able to move the egg around the pan with no problem but now after a few months with proper cleaning they stick like crazy which is very disappointing given the price and rave reviews :/
