Took 6 weeks Accessories

I really liked this headlight when I first got it, but now it's practically useless. I used this almost every day and it worked fine until recently. The bike mount has completely fallen off and cannot be reinstalled. I've tried screwing it back on but it won't hold. This is my second bike headlight I bought from Amazon and the result was the same as the first one I bought from another seller.
