I really like how user friendly this program is! It provides an organized way for all parties involved in our supply chain process to easily access information at any given point throughout the shipping cycle. Some functions need improvement (for example printing labels). The system does not provide easy ways to input new data into forms so that it syncs with other systems (such as QuickBooks or Excel) very well. Have increased efficiency through streamlining operations and creating more transparency within each transaction, thus leading to savings across multiple departments (Shipping/Receiving, Finance/Accounting, Customer Service etc.). Enveyo has allowed us to streamline our entire system which has allowed us to focus more on our customers needs and less on paperwork. We are able to track shipments in real time and have also been able to cut down on delays by using this feature. The only downside we've encountered is that sometimes it takes a few weeks to get new features up and running. We're solving a lot of problems with our system so far. We feel like we can improve all aspects of our business.
