I can't justify giving a product, no matter how nice, 5 stars when I have to drill new holes for bolts that attach to hydraulic jacks because the Holes mechanically are off. DO NOT attempt to just drive the screws into position without first drilling new pilot holes or the wood will split (see other people's previous reviews/photos). The toy box is not designed for ton weight, so the bottom is not designed for heavy use. This is easily remedied by adding a 1/4" thick sheet of plywood before placing the finished base on top of the plywood. The soft close works as it should and takes a few minutes to fully close for safety reasons (to keep little fingers from getting pinched, people who complain about this feature are stupid) In general I would buy it again or (if collected) gift it to a friend.
