Was very difficult to set up, never connected properly to the app after the initial setup and stopped working after 3 months and now I have to buy bolt cutters! About the customization: I work in tech, so I'm not new to complex tech. I think that's a by-product of the fact that the instructions were poorly translated from Chinese and not checked by a native English speaker before going to print. Now that 3 months has passed I'm not sure if the battery is dead or what because the app hasn't connected properly to the lock since I did the setup 3 months ago. I plugged it in and charged it for 3 hours and the red charging light went out after 30 seconds. The lock never recharges - in case that's the problem. I can't say because the app is awful and incomprehensible! If I want to get through that door now, I'll have to buy bolt cutters. This product is not only a waste of money but also dangerous if you use it for something that is time sensitive.
