I usually make green smoothies for a week and add ground flaxseed and chia seeds, but decided to give it a try. I made about 40 oz and only used one scoop and that was definitely enough. The powder smelled good. The vanilla is a little artificial, which didn't bother me, but I noticed. I also noticed a slight powder film again, not enough to be concerned but I did. The vanilla also drowns out the typical smoothie taste, luckily I love vanilla. It's good overall, but I'm sure I would feel different if I used 2 scoops instead of 1.
