Finally the small, thin and narrow blade I was looking for. It comes out nice and sharp, and the fact that it has a thin blade means it's easier to sharpen. I like to use separate left and right knives because they allow you to press down on the spine of the blade without cutting yourself - something you can't do with a double-edged knife.
