It's amazing. It contains only natural ingredients, which are natural oils. Safe to use around the eyes. But not in your eyes. No fragrance is added, but the oils have their own fragrance. I first used Julep Love Your Bare Face Cleansing Oil on the recommendation of an ULTA salesperson. I asked ULTA for a natural, cruelty-free cleansing oil that removes waterproof mascara. It was a tough order, but she's back with Julep Love Your Bare Face Cleansing Oil. Since then I've tried other brands, both cheap and expensive, but have returned to Julep. I prefer this to all other cleansing oils. It's very moisturizing, so using a washcloth or water to remove makeup along with Julep Cleansing Oil will leave your skin feeling nourished. This is usually just the first part of your two-step cleansing process, but it's the part that keeps the skin's barrier from breaking down and becoming damaged. Even if you have oily skin, you still need to remove your makeup and this is the best way. . But if you are older/have drier skin this is a must.
