We have a great vintage bar cabinet in our house, but it's definitely designed for bottles (with alcohol), not glassware. With short glasses we really need multiple height options to maximize space on each individual shelf in the device and that helps. I have another shelf that I bought from a previous home for this purpose (currently out of stock, YouCopia Riser Adjustable Kitchen Shelf Organizer, white). I like this shelf because it's shallow which makes it easy to retrieve glassware from underneath and we still use it to double the storage space for shot glasses over pints. But it's the best solution for large coupes and margarita glasses that need more depth. These shelves also look a lot prettier. The white plastic shelf definitely stands out against the darkness of the cabinet (it's dark wood with glass doors). These shelves aren't the same wood or anything, but they're dark, blend in with the cabinet, and look a lot better from a distance. I love that they don't have the utilitarian look of white hard plastic or mesh like most additional shelf storage options (kitchen/bathroom solution). The different heights are great for different sized glasses that are placed above and below. And they seem to be long lasting!
