Comfortable and protects your countertop
We make a lot of pasta and baked goods from scratch and before I found this amazing mat I was always worried when cutting dough that they would ruin my countertop would. I also have to clean the countertop very well before I start because I definitely don't want any particles getting into my dough. With this amazing perfectly sized rug I don't have to worry anymore and cleaning just got a whole lot easier. The only thing I would like to say is that it is quite thin so it takes practice to style it without any creases.
