I've been waiting to review it until I've had it for a while so I can give an honest review. I bought my first 3 packs at the end of May (have had them for 4 months now). I liked it so much that I immediately ordered the second 3-pack (i.e. a total of 6 underwear). I have PCOS and often bleed for months, mostly living in pads/panties. They are very breathable and have helped alleviate the uncomfortable feeling that pads cause. They run a bit smaller than other underwear of the same size, but I attribute that to the built-in lining. They still fit and are comfortable, just a little smaller than expected. After wearing the pair, I machine washed them on a gentle cycle. myself, and I dried it in a suspended state (it is written that it is impossible to dry it in a dryer). When I tried to put them back on there was a HOLE on the right side (not in the absorbent part). At first I thought maybe that's how it happened, or I caused it somehow. I quickly found it a lot easier to just hand wash them after I took them off and started doing it in the sink. About a week later, after looking at all the pairs and hand washing them, I decided to machine wash them before wearing them again. After that I noticed that the second pair had a hole in almost the same place! It actually took me a few days to figure it out because I always thought it was the first pair. This is when both holes first appeared through the washing machine. After that, I started hand washing them only. Don't get me wrong, I love them in general, they've been a game changer, absorb way more than any pad I've ever used, they're 100x more comfortable and only leak a few times. Unfortunately, due to the impossibility of putting them in the washing machine for extra freshness, I gave them such a bad rating. They say they are machine washable, which I expected, but they don't even hold up on the gentle cycle.
