Bad connections
When connecting to a power source, make sure all pins match. One of me was pushed, which melted the wire. The pins are not made safe at all. Take the time to make sure they line up and aren't pushed out {because they will!}. The LEDs work great, but the airflow leaves a lot to be desired. For the price they are ok. If you're looking for the best cooling, this may not be for you.
