I had water through the fill hole even when fully tightened. 5 gallons of water weigh over 40 pounds. what could be the problem. Make sure the branch can support that weight. For a taller person, this shower should be 8 or 9 feet off the floor. You need either a ladder or a strong branch. The shower head has a normal shut-off instead of a manual trigger type. The camping shower needs this function, it doesn't have it. Impossible to dry between uses unless you use it all the time. The bag stays wet inside. Unless you're out on a summer camping trip in bright sunshine, solar heating isn't going to do much.
