I bought this to add to my MM collection and to have a true mini RMS meter with me. It is very easy to use, the intelligent function quickly determines whether you are reading AV volts, DC volts, ohms or continuity. I've used literally every function and it works very well and has good accuracy, by that I mean it's a cheap, very portable meter with a good body, it may not be as accurate as the Fluke 87 but damn it close. The display is large and very easy to read, no defects like the HT118A which I also ordered and sent back. The function keys are easy to move. This is almost the ideal meter for the average homeowner to use and get quick, reliable readings from. The only thing you need to understand is that the included probes, which are very good, use a smaller banana plug to connect to the meter, so other standard probes will NOT fit this meter. Doesn't matter to most people. The HT118A (another larger gauge) I ordered had a screen with bubble spots on it. I contacted Kaiweets customer service and since then it has been 2 months with no response. I returned the meter within 30 days. Don't expect a Kaiweets customer to endorse their products.
