When I first started wearing wide toe running shoes (I started with the Altra Lone Peak) it was a revelation for me. I didn't get blisters between my toes no matter where I ran 15 miles or more. But these shoes take it to the next level for me. They have decent cushioning, great stability, great breathability, are very durable and lighter than their competitors. In my opinion and for my feet the best long-distance shoe I have ever worn. I bought a second pair after 100 miles so I don't have to worry about buying a new pair when my current ones wear out.
