thin and cheap to the touch

is very pretty to look at but fell apart in less than a week. I had to use glue to keep it on my case after about 5 days and the real "pop up socket" popped out after 2 days. I managed to screw it back on but now it's very weak so I'll probably just throw it away, not worth it.

Pros

Provides a secure grip so you can text with one hand, take better photos and watch videos hands-free
