Cheap and easy wiper gear box repair
Perfect for my 1997 Ford Expedition! This turned out to be a very inexpensive solution to my windshield wiper problem. They're pretty easy to install if you have some mechanical skills, but it takes a bit to get all the fairing and the like removed. A good tip is to remove the air cylinders that support the hood (preferably from the end attached to the car), which allows the hood to open wider and makes removing the wiper motor assembly much easier.
