I like this flux. He's sticky. It works with both leaded and lead-free solder (use a lead-free solder binder if you want a smooth finish). When using it for lead-free solder on large solder joints, I found that it turns brown at high temperatures. I then wipe it off with alcohol. But this is an extreme case. For normal electronics soldering repairs, especially on circuit boards, I found it ideal. I usually wipe with alcohol afterwards, but I think without wiping everything will be fine.
