Grams of Tacky Soldering Flux for Easy Cleaning Review

I like this flux. He's sticky. It works with both leaded and lead-free solder (use a lead-free solder binder if you want a smooth finish). When using it for lead-free solder on large solder joints, I found that it turns brown at high temperatures. I then wipe it off with alcohol. But this is an extreme case. For normal electronics soldering repairs, especially on circuit boards, I found it ideal. I usually wipe with alcohol afterwards, but I think without wiping everything will be fine.

The flux worked as it should. The syringe made it easy to place the gel in just the right spot. However, the stickiness of the gel became an issue when the flux got into one of the connectors on the board. Once heated, the flux will turn into a sticky goo after cooling and resolidifying. I'm not very happy with this "flux", I haven't had that tube in a long time and it's already all gooey through and through when I apply it's hard to get out of time to time because it seems a bit hardened and when i get it out i can say it's definitely a little hardened, if i had no less than half left i would return it but i MUST use it, I was in a dilemma and couldn't do without it, there's a chance my experience doesn't match YOUR experience, I feel like maybe I just accidentally got an old…
