Now I am going to keep this short and simple. These are amazing! I have been searching for a set of anxiety rings and these help me so much! I stoped picking at my nails not to! They are all amazing. Even though people are saying the bead one breaks easily, it has been strong and perfectly fine for me! I truly recommend these for anyone! They are great quality and help out if u have problems with fidgeting!
