Now I am going to keep this short and simple. These are amazing! I have been searching for a set of anxiety rings and these help me so much! I stoped picking at my nails not to! They are all amazing. Even though people are saying the bead one breaks easily, it has been strong and perfectly fine for me! I truly recommend these for anyone! I have struggled with anxiety-induced skin picking for years. Got these for my daughters first year in college and got myself a set for work meetings. They are cute and very soothing. They may not be suitable for people who engage in activities like rock climbing or weightlifting.

Each ring I ordered was slightly different in sizing. All of them were supposed to be size 7, but two of them were too small for any finger but my pinky, and they all fit very differently.

These are nicer than the price would suggest! They actually look really good and have held up to middle school and highschool adhd and stress-fidgeting. My freshman daughter gave one to a friend who also really likes it.

I really like these rings especially the trio ring, but the fidget ring with the little round beads you can move around the ring broke like first week. The other five rings are intact as of now and lovely.

Okay so, I have fat fingers. When I go to try on rings at most stores they don’t fit. These however do fit so that great. First experience with anxiety rings, and while there are some areas that are printed beautifully.after 15 minutes the thinnest one jammed (light jingle got even louder and became high-pitched squeak, like nails on chalkboard) and lost it's easy spin too (not sure if that's a fluke though). The rings in appearance are beautiful. Unfortunately, after a day of use, one of them started to get what I best describe as stuck. I have a second that’s starting to get a little rough on the spin as well. I have been using them less than a month at this point.
